WILLIAM ABT

CEO

As President and CEO of OR Consultants for the past 10-years, Mr. Abt has managed multiple consultants throughout the country resulting in substantially increased sales for numerous clients. Prior to ORC, Bill spent 20 years raising capital for various companies through private equity, second tier financing and brokerage accounts. He also provided the capital for Hard Nutrition. From 1995-2000 Mr. Abt was senior vice president for information businesses consults in Denver, Colorado. He oversaw 250 sales associates as well as managed 3 independent offices. During his 5 year tenure he increased sales by over 1,000%. He held his series 6 and series 63 licenses respectfully. In 1985 Mr. Abt received the prestigious Gold Ring Award from the Chevrolet Motor Division for his excellence in leadership.

DENE ROGERS

PRESIDENT

As a co-founder of BuildXACT, a SaaS company, that  has expanded globally into Canada, the UK, Australia  and New Zealand that will IPO in 2024 with an  expected significant valuation; and, As former CEO of Biosenta, a Canadian public company, that  developed a patented nano particle to replace approx. 12  carcinogenic materials currently in use in a range of products. He is a Senior Advisor to Bain & Company in their technology practice with a focus on healthcare and the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning. He also consults privately to several startups. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Dene was CEO of Target Australia, RadioShack, and Sears Canada and managed both B2B and B2C channels with global operations. Dene also was an SVP at Starwood Hotels and SVP, Business Development at GE Capital. Dene began his career as an engineer and worked internationally, including three years in Japan. Dene holds an MBA from Yale University, a MS from the University of Oxford, and a BS from Curtin University in Australia.

ROBERT ARMSTRONG

CFO

Mr. Armstrong joined Ingenew Technologies USA in December 2018 when it was incorporated. He joined Ingenew Technologies from Frog Fitness where he was CFO from 2014 thru 2019. Prior to that he was CFO of DC Brands from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that he was the CFO of Three Palms, LLC for eleven years as CFO. His responsibilities included all activities related to client administration, accounting, and reporting for over 40 hedge funds. Prior to Three Palms, Mr. Armstrong spent twenty years as an independent financial consultant advising small and rapidly growing companies in all aspects of financial management. His clients included companies in the telecommunications and food service industries. Mr. Armstrong also spent four years as Assistant Treasurer for Nu-West Industries, Inc., a publicly-traded chemical fertilizer manufacturer. Mr. Armstrong began his career as an auditor with Deloitte in Denver. Mr. Armstrong received a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1984.

Mr. Stump has over 25 years of awardwinning innovation, product development, engineering, and ingenuity. His work enhances manufacturing processes that increase efficiency and improve quality and can be found across industries as diverse as medical devices, consumer electronics, and fitness equipment. Working for companies like Inogen, a groundbreaking portable oxygen concentrator manufacturer, John pushed the design and development of five new product lines, expanding sales to over $100M and improving quality four-fold. Coordinating various engineering departments, external design firms, and supply vendor, John led development of component and assembly designs, create prototypes, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment. Over the past few years, John has developed over 25 different sensors and apps (camera systems, thermal camera integration, BLE,WiFi, NFC, Cell, GPS, acc, gyro, mag, pressure, temp, acoustic, advance LED optics UI/UX interface, app dev, firmware, algorithm dev, cloud integration, back-end data management systems). MARK KELLY

Mr. Kelly has more than 25 years experience leading technology and operations teams. He has a solid record of delivering efficiency and stability to large scale solutions. While working in compliance heavy environments, he has displayed ingenuity in leveraging new technologies in the medical device, IT services, and software industries. Mark is a thought leader in current cybersecurity trends a his enterprise teams and consulting clients. JEREMY NEENAN

DIRECTOR OF REGIONAL SALES

Hailing from a myriad of backgrounds in technical sales consulting, Jeremy Neenan brings on board his 18 years of sales experience and skillset from the heavy equipment, and medical device industries. As a plant turnaround consultant with RSC (now United Rentals), Jeremy successfully supplied several chemical and oilfield refinery plants with over $20M in heavy construction equipment and supplies, exceeding quota, and also achieved the title of Ives Certified Master Trainer. During his tenure in the medical device industry, Jeremy successfully completed his initial training by earning a degree in Orthopedic Sales from Medical Sales College in Denver, CO. Jeremy positively impacted his first territory with ConMed Linvatec by securing several key relationships with surgeons and hospital systems within the region. He soon after posted territory growth of 131%. He attracted the attention of Medical Device giant, Stryker, and launched several new medical device programs within the company and across the Gulf South. Mr Neenan soon after authored an instructional book on Medical Device Sales for new and existing consultants. He also holds a B.A. from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2006.

JOHN DALY

Mr. Daly has enjoyed a ground-breaking career as a TV host, TV producer, journalist, and author. John is best known for two pioneering shows. He hosted and helped launch Real TV, the first all-video news magazine show from Paramount Domestic TV. The syndicated show hit 4 million viewers a night and was the highest rated first season show. Real TV flourished as computer-chip driven camcorders hit stores in the mid-1990s. As a result, many viewers delivered their videos to Real TV and got paid by the show. Additionally, along with his co-host Susan Anzalone, they have created more than 80 half-hour TV shows that are seen on five streaming networks worldwide. They also wrote the book, The TV Studio in Your Hand, about creating great vacation videos and your own TV show on a smartphone. John turned his pioneering ways to healthcare. MARK VOLPE

ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

Mark’s entire twenty-three year professional career has been associated with engineering and technology development. While at NASA, he was a member of the team that developed the Crew Health Care System (CHeCS) prior to the launch of the first International Space Station (ISS) module. He subsequently managed the operation, maintenance, and resupply of all ISS medical equipment for the first 6 years of ISS operation as a flight controller at Johnson Space Center. He then elevated to managing projects related to the terrestrial health care of astronauts, including the conversion of a Gulfstream 3 aircraft into a flying hospital capable of providing critical care support for ISS crew members as they transferred from the landing site in Kazakhstan to a definitive care facility in Houston. After leaving NASA in 2010, he joined Medtronic supporting the development and management of critical care medical devices, bridging the gap between engineering and surgeons. Mark joined the Sparx Engineering team in 2014 and has managed the development of medical, oil &gas industrial, and consumer products from concept through manufacturing.

KATHY ELDON

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Kathy has worked as a journalist, best-selling author and film and award-winning television producer in England, Africa and the United States. In 1998 Kathy launched Creative Visions, inspired by the life of her son, Dan Eldon – artist, creative activist and photojournalist, who was killed at the age of 22 in 1993, while on assignment for Reuters in Somalia. Since 2004, the non-profit organization, which supports storytellers who create impact media to ignite positive change, has touched more than 100 million people. Creative Visions has been recognized as a United Nations NGO. Kathy founded Creative Visions Productions to produce films that would inspire action. Her many acclaimed documentaries and films include Extraordinary Moms, an OWN special, that features Julia Roberts, then Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and Christiane Amanpour, Kathy and Kweku Mandela, grandson of Nelson Mandela, produced the award-winning feature, The Journey is the Destination, now on Netflix, based on her son’s life. Kathy is the author of 17 books, including the popular Catcher series published by Chronicle Books, her memoir In the Heart of Life, published by HarperOne and Hope Rising, A Musing published by Waterside Productions in 2021. Kathy, a popular speaker, has been featured on countless television and radio programs globally, including several appearances on Oprah. Kathy lives in Malibu with her husband, a few steps away from the Dan Eldon Center for Creative Activism, a vibrant hub for individuals who want to help change their bit of the world for the better.

Joe Patuleia

Some are born to serve, others to lead. Joseph Patuleia, retired Executive Director of Boys Hope Girls Hope of NYC, was clearly destined for both. Joe graduated from Peabody High School, with top honors and went on to Fitchburg State University, graduating with a major in education. “I wanted to be like the teachers who had inspired me; I wanted to help kids like those who had helped me.” Graduating cum laude, Joe accepted a position at Bedford High School, where he excelled at teaching and was awarded a sabbatical to Harvard University earning a second M.ED. He also excelled in coaching, and was selected “Coach of the Year” in two sports. In 2004, Joe was nominated for Massachusetts Principal of the Year and subsequently recruited, becoming Executive Director of the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club in NYC. Joe’s track record of creating a safe and positive environment for students included working with parent groups, unions, bus companies, and municipalities included issues such as drug/alcohol abuse, especially while driving. His passion for helping kids succeed included establishing high academic standards, developing alternative school programs, creating seminars about prejudice, racism and hunger while fostering a culture of tolerance and respect. From building a boys & girls club in Harlem to helping BHGHNY survive the economic hardship of the pandemic, Joe’s efforts to keep youth safe while guiding them to find a positive path in their life’s journey, has been his personal and professional mission.

Asaf Gola

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Asaf Gola has a cumulative 24 years of experience in the hedge fund business as a portfolio manager, analyst, and trader. In 2017, he joined the Acorn Advisory Capital, a sister company to Tokio Marine’s US asset management operation. In addition, he developed strategies at other prominent hedge fund firms including Argonaut Capital Management, Harbert Management Corp, and RBC Carlin. Mr. Gola began his career at Goldman Sachs as an analyst in Fixed Income Capital Markets. He graduated in 1993 from the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology, earning a B.S.E. from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering… Throughout his career, Mr. Gola has advised several firms on strategic business matters as well as fundraising. He currently serves as a board member of SeeCubic, a tech firm with a leading-edge display technology.

Steve Krystek

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Steve Krystek is the CEO of the PFC Group of Companies headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Steve’s professional history includes a 28-year mix of law enforcement, military, and protective services experience. Steve previously served the as the Senior Team Leader and trainer of a U.S. Air Force Emergency Services Team. Upon completion of military service, Steve joined the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) charged with securing and safeguarding nuclear devices and classified government research projects. Steve then moved into civilian law enforcement where he was a full-time Police Officer and trainer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. While on Active Duty in the military, Steve founded Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts (PFC) as a small business teaching firearms and self-defense. Later in his career, Steve left public service to assume a full-time role with PFC. In the following years, he provided ongoing instruction, consultation, and protective services to government agencies, business leaders, and high net-worth private clients around the world. Today, PFC has evolved into a group of eight companies providing core services that include Executive Protection and corporate security, high net-worth family security, Travel Risk Management, executive security concierge support, law enforcement & military special operations training, and specialized equipment sales. Steve has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University and is an Adjunct Professor for the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

He also leads Edgesys inc. a IT consulting services organization servicing customers in various industries in the US. Emanuell was co-founder in one of the initial wireless speech recognition software product and integration companies, Wirenix, which was acquired by a European Telecom giant. He has also lead startup Edgesys RFID a builder of RFID POS and logistics application systems, and startup incubator emaxers Inc. Shane Devall
